Abstract This Decree establishes the modalities of cadastre valuation of agricultural land and updating its data related to plots of agricultural land allotted to agricultural organizations, including peasant farms and for subsistence farming purposes. Cadastre valuation of agricultural land shall be conducted on 1 January of the year of performance of cadastre valuation. Cadastre valuation of agricultural land shall be performed by initiative of State Property Committee at least once in 10 years. Primary objectives of cadastre valuation shall be: (a) soil fertility; (b) technological properties determining favourability of performance of mechanized soil cultivation and the amount of expenditure for such work; and (c) location of agricultural land plots.
