Abstract

The Cabinet of Ministers, in order to create an effective system of safe protection to prevent the entry and spread of highly dangerous infectious diseases in the country, as well as to further simplify and improve the procedures for importing goods under the control of the State Veterinary Service, decrees too establish beginning from January 1, 2021 the procedure according to which exporting organizations inserted in the Register, and natural persons, producing, processing and storing commodities subject to supervision by the State Veterinary Service, for import of the aforesaid commodities shall pay fee equal to basic estimated value for veterinary authorization for import. The aforesaid procedure shall not be applicable to commodities imported for emergency situations, participation in international exhibitions, samples for laboratory analysis, as well as for the diplomatic corps, educational institutions, scientific and public purposes.
