This Regulation enters into force on 30 November 2010.
Abstract

This Decree adopts the rules and measures contained in the Regulation on the protection of the environment in the seas and for the establishment of consultative and coordination council for the protection of the environment in the black sea and for the management of implementation of the marine strategy and programme, and officially establishes the Consultative and Coordination Council for the Protection of the Marine Environment of Black Sea waters (also sets various relations between related state institutions and Ministers, legal and private entities; determines several procedural and administrative issues).
