Abstract

This Decree establishes rates of environmental standards and mandatory environmental protection requirements for petrol filling stations, oil handling terminal and mobile oil tanks, and also the duties and obligations for state bodies for enforcement of the aforesaid requirements. In case of leak of oil leak (spill) the owners of petrol filling stations, oil handling terminal and mobile oil tanks must stop operation thereof and shall perform arrangements for the prevention of further spreading of oil and shall evaluate the amount of caused environmental damage. The owners of the aforesaid facilities shall use preventive protection methods in order to avoid leak (spill) of oil.
