Entry into force notes

First entry into force 2 December 2009. The Consolidated version of this Decree entered into force on 1 April 2015.

Abstract

This Decre must be applied, in case of natural gas supply outage, to measures regarding the access to the item operated by the system operator of cooperating natural gas systems, with special regard to the restriction of natural gas consumption; and to general and necessary measures to be taken in case of natural gas supply crisis.
