Entry into force notes
The Decree entered into force on 20 February 2011.
Abstract

This Decree sets out criteria for classifying the state of surface waters. Annex 1 in Part 3 of the Code on the Environment is replaced by the Annex to this Decree. Monitoring measures are laid down as well.
