Abstract

State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Certification decrees to validate the Regulation on the modalities of certification and to put it into effect in accordance with the established order. This Regulation establishes purposes, principles and general rules for carrying out the confirmation of the compliance of produce and service. The document consists of V parts. Part I gives the exact definition of the main terms used in the text. Part II establishes the main purposes and principles of certification. Part III determines the participants of the process of certification. Part IV establishes the regulations on the modalities of carrying out certification. Part V deals with the system of certification.
