Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Decree, consisting of 7 articles and 1 Annex, establishes the disengagement of planted forests linked to reforestation. It specifies in the Annex that Forestry Replacement authorization, issued by the Brazilian Institute of Environment and Renewable Natural Resources - IBAMA, are now transferred to SEMA-MT and will meet the criteria established by this Decree.
