Abstract This Decree adopts the Ordinance on specific requirements for caseins and caseinates intended for human consumption, which is based on the provisions of the national Law on food, and which here determines specific requirements for names, composition, characteristics, labelling, sampling methods for chemical analysis and methods for analysis of the composition, all aimed for caseins and caseinates, as well as of their mixtures, if intended for human consumption.
