This Decree, adopted in accordance with the National programme for cessation of the use of ozone depleting substances, regulates import and export thereof. It shall be applicable to all natural and legal persons carrying out import and export of ozone depleting substances and produce containing them. Import and export of ozone depleting substances shall be carried out in accordance with authorization issued by State Committee on Environmental Protection and Ecology. The applicant shall submit: (a) application (Annex 1 and Annex 2); (b) copy of contract; and (c) compliance certificate issued by certification authority. The decision on issuance or refusal of issuance of authorization shall be issued within 20 days from the date of application. The period of validity of authorization shall not exceed one year.
