Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force on 1 January 2003.
Abstract

This Decree establishes sanitary and epidemiological requirements for deratization regarding protection of residential and rural areas against infectious anthropozoonotic diseases transmitted by small rodents. The purpose of deratization shall be to ensure sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population. Specific deratization arrangements shall be carried out in the following facilities: (a) food processing enterprises; (b) food storage facilities; (c) public catering organizations; and (d) public water supply and sewerage.
