Abstract

This Decree establishes that waterbody for recreational water uses shall comply with safety requirements set for waterbodies. In the recreational water area the following shall be prohibited: (a) effluent waste water discharge; (b) parking and washing of automotive vehicles; (c) organization of pit privies; and (d) oil spills and leakages. Water manager shall keep clean water recreation area. Annex 1 contains the list of safety requirements for waterbodies for recreational water uses, including water flow, water quality, pollution level and the presence of bacteria.
