These vessels shall fulfil reporting requirements as prescribed by article 2 regarding start of fisheries, report on catch, transhipment, entry into ports, end of fishing activities, and some other data. Article 3 concerns the keeping of a catch-register. Article 4 concerns inspection and identification of vessels in accordance with FAO Standard Specification for Marking and Identification of Fishing Vessels.
