Abstract

Fishing for and delivery of deep-sea fish species listed in article 1 in ICES Statistics Areas X,XII, and XIV and in waters that are not under jurisdiction of any State shall be prohibited for Norwegian vessels in 2003. Exempted from the prohibition are a total of 675 fishing days. Article 3 concerns reporting on sailing of vessels. The Director of Fisheries may order a stop on fishing under article 4. Offences shall be punished pursuant to section 53 of the Sea-water Fisheries Act. (6 articles)
