The consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 1 August 2013.

Abstract

This Decree applies to the utilization of resources available for supports and other measures aimed to the implementation of the objectives determined by the New Hungary Rural Development Program and co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development. Article 2 lists the objectives which may be supported. Chapter II contains general provisions concerning the support. Chapter III foresees special rules of area payment and headage payment, while Chapter IV concerns non-area and animal related payments. Chapter V lays down sanctions.
