This Decree enters into force on the date of its publication.
Abstract

This Decree is composed of 3 articles and several Annexes. It authorises the institution of the Angolan Company for Mining Development (S.A.R.L.) between ENDIAMA and ODEBRECHT MINING SERVICES INC., conceding the right to diamonds exploitation in Cuango River Basin. Annex one, composed of 36 articles structured in nine Chapters, provides the Statute of S.A.R.L. The Statute defines its legal status, mission, structure and functions. The other annexes provide complementary agreements and contracts between the two instituting parties.
