Abstract

This Decree has been adopted pursuant to Directive 2003/114/EC, which amends Directive 95/2/EC on food additives other than colours and sweeteners. Foodstuffs not complying with the requirements hereby prescribed shall not be placed on the market. In compliance with the provisions laid down in the Directive above-mentioned, amendments are laid down to Ministerial Decree No. 209 of 1996, whilst Annex I to Legislative Decree No. 107 of 1992 is repealed.
