Abstract

This Decree establishes sanitary requirements for waste water discharge to be used in the process of projecting, construction, reconstruction, technical upgrading and operation of waste water discharge and sewerage systems. Discharge of industrial effluent water to urban sewerage system shall be regulated by the requirements validated by local self-government and local effluent waste water discharge and sewerage managing body. Industrial, departmental and state control over quality of discharged effluent waste water shall be carried out on a regular basis. Maximum concentration limits of pollutants for effluent waste water and storm water shall be by the organizations managing sewerage treatment works. Each water manager shall carry out the following control checks: (a) amount of effluent waste water; (b) composition of effluent waste water; and (c) water quality.
