Abstract

This Decree sets forth sanitary and hygienic requirements for margarine industry, including enterprises producing mayonnaise, ensuring quality and safety of produce. Presence on the territory of enterprises of trees and shrubbery producing in blossom flakes, fibres and furry seeds shall be prohibited. All the production area facilities and premises shall be subject to regular sanitary treatment and disinfection. All the incoming alimentary raw materials, ingredients and packaging materials shall be accompanied by certification attesting quality and safety thereof. Alimentary raw materials and ingredients shall be authorized for production prior conclusion by specialized laboratory or consent of technical experts. Ready products in the course of supply from storage premises shall be accompanied by compliance certificate, state hygienic registration certificate and food quality and safety certificate.
