Abstract This Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers establishes safety requirements for gas pipelines located in settlements, industrial enterprises, agricultural enterprises and public utilities with a view of preventing disasters and accidents. Project documentation related to construction and installation of gas supply system in residential areas must comply with land-use planning documentation and applicable technical regulations. Accidents at gas facilities shall be promptly reported to the competent authority. Gas equipment and gas pipelines of industrial and agricultural enterprises shall be subject to annual maintenance and preventive maintenance three times in a year. The owner of the facility shall be responsible for construction, installation and repair of furnaces, as well as inspection, cleaning, ventilation, and repair of the ventilation systems.
