Entry into force notes

The consolidated text of the Decree entered into force on 28 June 2013.

Abstract

This Decree is a framework regulation containing provisions and programs of measures aimed at the achievement and conservation of good condition of waters foreseen by specific legal norms. This Decree sets the content of the catchment area management plan and the rules of planning as well.
