Abstract

This Decree classifies ecological information in 17 categories as follows: (a) atmosphere and climatic resources; (b) land resources and ecological state of the territory; (c) water resources; (d) plant resources; (e) wildlife; (f) protected areas; (g) biological diversity; (h) seismic events and emergency situations; (i) waste management; (j) mining and geology; (k) public health, including noise pollution, radioactive pollution and food quality control; (l) cultural heritage; (m) environmental impact assessment (EIA); (n) state registration of natural resources, environmental monitoring data and statistics; (o) environmental databases; (p) ecological certification and state regulation of nature management and environmental protection; and (q) other data classified as environmental information.
