Abstract This Decree, composed of 3 articles and one Annex, approves the Regulation on animal Health. The Regulation aims at establishing the provisions necessary to epidemiological monitoring and the control of animal diseases in Mozambique. In particular, the Regulation deals with animal transit, animal derived products, health protection measures, and provisions addressed to wildlife. Finally, the Regulation defines inspection procedures and penalties for non compliance.
