Abstract

Environmental protection and country planning duties of the Minister are to be carried out by the General Inspectorate of Environmental and Nature Protection and the territorial inspectorates under its direct supervision. National park authorities are responsible for the implementation of public duties regarding nature protection in national parks specified in the Annex. The Annex determines the name and the headquarters of each regional inspectorate as well.
