Abstract

The scope of this Decree shall be to improve the modalities and the mechanism of government order for purchase of fresh fruits, vegetables, potatoes, cucurbits crops and grapes for processing and storage in storage facilities for winter-spring period, and also for export. Government order shall be calculated for the period of a calendar year and shall consist in a portion of the total agricultural production. It shall not restrict producers in internal and external trade of agricultural commodities exceeding government order.
