This Decree entered into force on 1 December 1997.

Abstract

This Decree applies to the concession, by means of a contract, of public waterworks determined in a special decree, owned exclusively by the State; to the preparation, stipulation of the contract, and to the use of such waterworks. The concessionaire has to comply with the requisites specified in special rules of law. The right of use is not transferable and has to be registered in the real estate register.
