Abstract The aim of this Decree is to ensure the good function of the internal market, the free movement of goods, and in particular, to ensure the transparency of consumer prices and supplying costs of petroleum and derivates, and to enhance petroleum supply security. The Federation of Petroleum and Derivates Supplying Companies shall collect data from its member companies and forward it to the Energy Centre. The Energy Centre shall elaborate the data received and shall keep a data bank that can be accessed and controlled easily by the EC Commission. The list of petroleum derivates are listed in Annex 1.
