This Decree enters into force on 1 March 2021.
Abstract

This Decree validates hygienic standards and requirements for ensuring the safety and (or) harmlessness of environmental factors for humans. In particular, it establishes maximum permissible concentrations (MPC) of pollutants in the atmospheric air of urban and rural settlements, maximum permissible concentrations (MPCs) of producing microorganisms and components of bacterial preparations in the atmospheric air of urban and rural settlements and maximum permissible concentrations (MPC) of pollutants in the air of the working area. This Decree sets forth organoleptic indicators of the quality of various types of water, except for technical water, including sanitary-microbiological and parasitological indicators of water safety of centralized drinking water supply systems, also hot water supply, sanitary-microbiological and parasitological indicators of water safety of surface waterbodies. It sets forth sanitary-microbiological and parasitological indicators of safety of decontaminated wastewater, admissible for discharge into surface waterbodies. It sets forth maximum permissible concentrations (MPC) and approximately permissible concentrations (APCs) of chemical substances in soil.
