Abstract

This Decree, consisting of 72 articles, determines principles, regulations and measures on the management, monitoring and inspecting of veterinary regime to conform business operation and the use of veterinary machines to technical principles, in order to assure productivity, efficiency and life safety of people, animals and environment, and thus contribute to the national development. According to this Decree, veterinary medicines are those preventing diseases, curing and supplementing health of animals and aquatic animals, such as vaccines, anthelminthic, vitamins accurately registered with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and include processed foods medical, chemical substances or semi bio substance medicals, raw medical materials used in veterinary medicines. Other relevant terms defined are: antimicrobials, antibiotics, antimicrobials resistance, ingredients, animal feeds, veterinary medicine book, labels, prescription, counterfeit veterinary medicines, degraded veterinary medicines, pharmacist.
