Abstract

This Decree sets up Forestry Development Fund subordinated to Forestry Development Authority attached to the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Management. The scope of this Special Fund shall be for form financial basis for financing of forest districts, forestry protection measures, afforestation, reforestation, and protection of wild fauna and wild flora species in public forest.
