This Decree enters into force on 1 July 2013.
Abstract

This Decree validates Sanitary rules and regulations “Requirements for food additives, flavors and technological auxiliary means” and “Safety indices of food additives for human health” setting forth sanitary and epidemiological requirements for safety of food additives and flavors in the process of manufacturing of alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs, specifying the modalities of trade and labelling thereof. The scope of this Decree shall be to prevent fraud of consumers and misleading indications on labels. Food additives and flavors must be packaged in order to ensure safety and keeping intact qualities thereof.
