The aforesaid Service shall perform the following tasks: (a) identification of dangerous geological processes and forecast of their intensification; (b) monitoring of dangerous geological processes and early warning of the population and state bodies; (c) enforcement of the provisions issued by State Monitoring Service of Dangerous Geological Processes; and (d) recommendations for rational management of the territory and prevention of intensification of dangerous geological processes.
