This Decree enters into force 15 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Decree validates Sanitary rules and regulations “Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for organizations manufacturing food additives”. Territory of the organization shall be fenced and kept clean all the year round. Adjacent land area must be free of vegetation and asphalted. Production area of the enterprises shall contain storage and transportation premises. Maintenance and repairs of production sites shall be prohibited without prior stopping of processing and production lines. All packaging materials shall be certified and shall comply with safety criteria set for foodstuffs.
