Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Decree, consisting of 6 articles and two Annexes, establishes the fees due for the licensing and provision of services in the context of activities or practices involving the safe and peaceful use of nuclear energy or ionizing radiation contained in Annexes 1 and 2. The Decree establishes that the applicant for licence provided for in Annex 1 shall pay the fees specified therein to the competent Tax Department, within 30 days after notification of the favourable order granting the permit. The payment of the fee outside the period implies the payment of 5% of interests. Activities and practices of the National Health Service are exempt from the licensing and service fee.
