First entry into force on 4 October 2011. The last consolidated version entered into force on 1 May 2014.
Abstract

This Decree provides safety rules for applied, stored or transported radioactive sources and nuclear substances, to treated, stored or transported radioactive waste, to exsisting or to planned nuclear establishments, to radiactive waste storage plants and to fixed ot mobile ionizing radiation generating equipments non containing radioactive substances. Provisons of this Decree give rules on authorization of the listed activities and sites, physical safety requirements and measures to be taken in case of danger, controlling, classification of nuclear substances in terms of danger, and on the guarding service.
