This Decree enters into force six months after publication.
Abstract

This Decree establishes mineral water labelling, packaging and marketing requirements. It consists of 14 articles specifying the requirements to be satisfied by mineral water and 3 annexes listing mineral water characteristics, definitions and exploitation procedures.
