Abstract

This Decree sets out the procedure for the compulsory unification of hunting grounds of various landowners so as to create an area of sufficient size to allow for the hunting of deer. This process shall be led by the local Wildlife Office who shall send a proposal of unification to the Wildlife and Fisheries Department. The local Wildlife Officer shall subsequently reunite landowners involved in a proposed unification in a meeting where rules for hunting on the common grounds shall be established. If the hunting grounds are lying in more than one municipality, the unification process shall be led by the Wildlife Office of the municipality that holds the largest hunting ground that participates in the unification.
