Abstract This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Standardization No. 28:1999 concerning the Dried Milk is to be adopted as a Lebanese Standardization and Metrology (art. 1). The results of examination and analysis issued by the Industrial Research Institute, Public Health Laboratories Department and the Agricultural Scientific Research Department shall be adopted (art. 2). The following requirements and conditions necessary for the Dried Milk: field of application, definition, additives, metallic pollutants, titratable acidity, fat, phosphates activity, lactic acid and lactate, insolubility index, bulk density, characteristics, Physical and Chemical requirements, sanitary requirements, verifying analysis, analysis methods, sampling, packaging and transport, label and technical terms.
