The Decree enters into force on 1 January 2002.
Abstract

The present Decree establishes the principles of waste classification and shall be compulsory for all legal and natural persons carrying out waste management. Waste shall be classified as domestic and industrial. Annex contains the National Waste Classifier with the codification of different types of waste.
