The consolidated text of this Decree entered into force on 1 January 2012.
Abstract

This Decree lays down rules for the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies in animals in order to protect human and animal health. The monitoring system is governed and organized by the national chief veterinarian through the Central Agricultural Office.
