Abstract

This Decree approves and the Rotterdam Convention on The Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade to be applied within the territory of Cape Verde. The above mentioned Convention, consisting of 30 articles and 5 Annexes, aims at promoting the mutual responsibility and efforts of cooperation between the Parts in the international trade of specific dangerous chemical products.
