Article 2 prescribes a close season from 1 March to 30 June 2003. Article 3 prohibits the use of angler fish nets with a mesh size of less than 180 mm of "half mesh". No fish under 75 mm shall be caught. Nets which are used for fishing for angler fish shall be smoked at least every third day.
