Abstract

This Decree, as in accordance with the provisions of the Bulgarian Law on food, here adopts the Ordinance on the requirements for certain partially or completely dehydrated milk intended for human consumption, which lays down specific requirements as regards the names, composition, characteristics, labelling, sampling methods and methods of analysis of certain partially or wholly dehydrated milk intended for human consumption.
