Abstract

These Sanitary Rules and Regulations establish requirements for territory, water supply, sewerage, lighting, microclimate, production and auxiliary areas and facilities, personal hygiene of staff performing production of canned fruits and vegetables, dried fruits, vegetables, potatoes, pickled cabbage and pickled vegetables.
