The amount of food security reserves shall be determined by the regional and city executive bodies by agreement with the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and the Ministry of Economy. The food security reserves shall be formed by the foodstuffs of the national origin and in case of necessity food security reserves of fruits, vegetables and sugar can be formed by the imported commodities.
