Abstract This Decree regulates the payment of fees, taxes and all aspects relevant to water use charges. It specifies the amount to be paid to obtain a licence for different water uses, issued by the National Council of Waters (CNAG). Sanctions are prescribed for offenders who do not pay water charges. CNAG may give incentives to different users in order to improve the water sector.
