Abstract This Decree establishes the necessary conditions for exploiting water resources. It specifies the requirements to be satisfied in order to obtain a water captation licence issued by the National Council of Waters (CNAG) with different purposes (such as: irrigation, water supply to urban areas, to public entities). It also specifies the maximum quantity of water to be captated according to the different use.
