This Decree shall enter into force on the date of publication.
Abstract

This Decree establishes the necessary conditions for exploiting water resources. It specifies the requirements to be satisfied in order to obtain a water captation licence issued by the National Council of Waters (CNAG) with different purposes (such as: irrigation, water supply to urban areas, to public entities). It also specifies the maximum quantity of water to be captated according to the different use.
