Abstract The Decree compels the Government of Ukraine to conform its Decrees and Regulations to the Law on Exclusive (Maritime) Economic Zone of Ukraine, forward to the Supreme Council of Ukraine for examination the proposals on amendments and modifications of the Legislation currently in force originating from this Law. It also entitles the Government of Ukraine to draw up the list of the authorized bodies to deal with the foreign states, foreign legal and natural persons, as well as with the international organizations in the sphere of application of the Law on Exclusive (Maritime) Economic Zone of Ukraine. The Government is obliged to draw up and to forward to the Supreme Council for examination the draft of the State Program of Protection of the Sea of Azov and of the Black sea.
