Abstract This Decree establishes that the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection must submit to the National coordination center for biosecurity information on issued permits for release into environment for testing of non-pathogenic genetic engineering organisms in accordance with Annex 1 and on the notification of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection by the owner of non-pathogenic genetically engineered organisms or by the person importing them into the Republic of Belarus, on transit through its territory of non-pathogenic genetically engineered organisms or import thereof to the Republic of Belarus for scientific research without release into the environment for testing in accordance with the form according to Annex 2.
