Decree No. 154 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on assessment, prevention, limitation and control of emissions of pollutants to atmospheric air from stationary sources.

This Decree establishes the modalities of assessment, prevention, limitation and control of emissions of pollutants to atmospheric air from stationary sources, and also sets maximum allowable limits for such emissions calculated in mg/cubic metre. It shall be applicable to industrial emissions due to industrial burning processes. The aforesaid emissions shall require mandatory issuance of permits by competent authority for a maximum period of validity of five years.
